At Lebanon Candle Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing:
Damaged Items
If your item arrives physically damaged during shipping, we offer returns or exchanges. To be eligible:
- You must email info@lebanoncandle.com within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
No Returns or Exchanges
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges at any time for any other reason, including:
- Change of mind.
- Scent preference or "subjective" dissatisfaction.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return for damage will not be accepted.
