  • How do I know what a candle smells like if I can't smell it online?

    • Answer: We provide detailed "Scent Notes" for every candle, ranging from Top Notes to Base Notes. You can also check our Customer Reviews section in the menu to see how other fans describe the scent throw in their homes!

    • What is the best way to burn my candle?

      • Answer: To prevent tunneling and ensure your candle lasts, always let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn.

      • Pro-Tip: Before relighting, we suggest simply knocking off the "dead part" or charred tip of the wick rather than using scissors. Natural wax can fluctuate, and this prevents trimming the wick too short, which can cause it to drown.

      • How long will it take to ship my order?
