    • Answer: Yes! We use lead-free, 100% cotton wicks in all of our candles. This ensures a clean, steady flame and minimizes soot, perfectly complementing our natural soy wax.

    • Answer: We love to push boundaries with unique, "crazy" scents you won't find anywhere else! While our fragrances are fun and bold, we never compromise on quality—every oil is 100% phthalate-free.

    • Answer: Yes! We offer free shipping on all retail orders of $79 or more within the United States. For orders under $79, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

    • Answer: No, we currently only ship within the United States. We made this decision to ensure our customers avoid high, unexpected port fees and import duties.

    • Answer: We want you to love your experience! Because scent is highly subjective, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference. However, we always stand behind our quality; if your candle arrives damaged, please email us at info@lebanoncandle.com.

  • Question: Are your candles pet-friendly (Dog, Cat, Bird)?

    • Answer: Yes for dogs, cats and birds! Our 100% soy and phthalate-free ingredients are much safer than traditional candles. For birds, who have very sensitive respiratory systems, we recommend burning candles in a separate, well-ventilated room.

  • Question: Are your candles allergy-friendly or headache-free?

    • Answer: While many customers with paraffin sensitivities find they can enjoy our clean-burning soy candles without issues, scent is a personal preference. We recommend testing a smaller candle first if you have specific sensitivities.
