At Lebanon Candle Company customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If your item gets to you and is physically damaged we do offer Returns and/or exchanges. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges at any time, for any other reason. All returns or exchanges for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of purchasing.

How to make a return/ exchange for damaged goods: 

- Find your order number 

- Email photos of the damaged product(s) to lebanoncandleco@gmail.com with your name and your order number in the subject. 

*Please be sure to email all images within 7 days of the original purchase date. 

Once we receive your email we will be in touch with you in a timely manner.
