Official Rules: Lebanon Candle Company $300 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Lebanon Candle Company $300 Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on May 27, 2025] at 12:55 pm and ends on July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CDT]. All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.

Method of Entry: To enter the Giveaway, eligible individuals must subscribe to both the Lebanon Candle Company email list and SMS text message list via the designated pop-up or sign-up form on our website ([Your Website URL]).
One Entry Per Person: Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Giveaway Period. Multiple email or phone number subscriptions by the same individual will result in only one valid entry. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a monetary prize of $300.00 to be used at www.lebanoncandle.com.
Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered via [e.g., PayPal, Venmo, direct bank transfer, or a physical check] within [e.g., 7-14] business days of winner verification. The winner is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Non-Transferable: Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. The winner may be required to provide a W-9 form (for U.S. residents) or equivalent tax documentation before receiving the prize.

Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about August 1, 2025.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or SMS text message (using the contact information provided during entry) within [e.g., 24-48] hours of the drawing.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Lebanon Candle Company website.
Rights Reserved: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.
